Billy Eugene “Bill” Hornecker, 85, a 47-year resident of Las Vegas, passed away May 15, 2017. He was born on August 1, 1931 in Ottawa, Kansas. He was a retired accountant in the automotive industry and served in the U.S.A.F. during the Korean War. He is survived by his beloved wife Margery; his daughters Teresa (Gig) Perkins, Connie (Mike) Healy, of Sweethome Oregon, Margery Williams, Jennifer (Duane) McNelly and Jessica Lewis of Las Vegas; his sister Maryann (Sy) Hess of Paola, Kansas; his grandchildren Heather, Jana, Matthew, Timothy, Andrew, Jocelyn and Jax; and great-grandchildren Colton, Bryson, Keana, Baylee and Kyla. He enjoyed traveling, motorcycling, and wood working. He loved Mt Charleston, the Oregon Mountains and most of all, spending time with family. The family will have a private service at a later date.
