Billy Joe Allen

Billy Joe Allen was born on May 13th, 1974 in Pittsburg, Texas to Laura Duffey-Allen and Billy Dunn Allen. Billy later moved to Las Vegas with his family in 1988. Billy attended and graduated Rancho High School. Billy worked at Binion's Horseshoe as a food server then later at Crysalis NV as a residential manager.

Billy enjoyed going on vacation in California and enjoyed walking on the beach and shopping.

Billy was welcomed home by his grandmothers Della Mae Duffey and Mamie Allen as well as his grandfathers Sam Duffey and Eddie B Allen Sr.

Billy leaves behind his mother Laura Dennis (Steve Dennis), sister Tracy Barnes (Levi Barnes), lifelong best friend Maurice Hankins, great aunts Kathrine Allen, Pinky Duffey and Lena Duffey, aunts Sharleen Collins, Reatha Jimmerson, Mildred Pierce, Carolyn Evans and Mayvone Moton, uncles Joe Duffey, Eddie Allen Jr. and Marvin Allen, nephews Rashaud Gathrite and Johnny Gathrite, and a host of cousins and friends to cherish his memory.

Honorable pallbearers will be Maurice Hankins, Rashaud Gathrite, Johnny Gathrite, Levi Barnes, and Steve Dennis.

We will miss Billy's belly-holding and leg-slapping loud laughs.
