Betty Rosen, 87, of Henderson, passed away June 12, 2011. She was born Nov. 3, 1923, in New York, and resided in Nevada for 17 years. She was a full charge bookkeeper. She was a member of the Congregation Ner Tamid. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morton. Betty is survived by her daughter, Helen Rosen of San Francisco; son, Larry (Jacky) Rosen of Henderson; and grandchildren, Daniela, Miranda and Alexandra. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, at King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 Eldorado Lane. Interment to follow at Palm Valley View Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Donations may be sent to Congregation Ner Tamid, the American Heart Association or a charity of your choice.
