Betty L. Campbell, 62, a well-rounded woman, mentor, friend, wife, mother and a terrific grandmother of Las Vegas, passed away June 1, 2012. She was born September 11, 1949 in Warren, Ohio and had been a resident of Nevada since 1995. Betty is survived by her devoted husband, Bob Campbell; her loving children, Rebeccah Randles and Jim Shoemaker; her only grandchild, Brooke Randles; her father and mother in-law, Richard and Ora Campbell; and so many other family members, co-workers, and friends. To know Betty is to love her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Emma Lamanna; and several loving aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 6th at 5pm at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at your local American Cancer Society in honor of Betty’s battle with breast cancer.
