There comes a time when all of us must answer God's call home and return the life that He so graciously gave us here on earth. And so, one of our loved ones, Mrs. Beatrice Almeda Lytle, answered His call on Thursday, December 31, 2020.
Mrs. Beatrice Almeda Lytle was born in Memphis, Tennessee on May 16, 1935 to the parents of Aldornia and Andrew who preceded her in death. She later moved to Chicago, Illinois with her mother and father Fred Tatum. She received her education at Fuller Elementary and Phillips High School. Beatrice accepted Christ at a very early age. She later went on to rededicate her life to Christ and joined New Mount Olive Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend James Mason.
On May 24, 1952, Beatrice married the love of her life Mr. Richard T. Lytle. Over a blissful 68 years of marriage, to this union eight children were born. Ricardo and Rhonda (Lloyd) who preceded her in death. Cornell, Terrence, Glenda, Gregory (Tami), Byron (Andrea), and Jonathan.
In 1985, they moved to Las Vegas where they were spending their glorious golden years. Beatrice loved spending time with her family, socializing and eating good food. One of her favorite past times was going to the casinos. Her life was full of precious great family memories especially around Thanksgivings and Christmas. She was loved abundantly from her children and husband. She will be missed but never forgotten.
Beatrice leaves behind to cherish her memories: Her loving husband Richard, Her daughter Glenda, Her sons Cornell, Terrence, Gregory (Tami), Byron (Andrea), and Jonathan, Her 13 grandchildren Tremaine, Terrell (Marlene), Angelita (Ken), Wesley (Amber), Ricardo Jr., Jonathan Jr., Erica, Courtney, Thomas (Bella), Aubrey, Taylor (Dennis), Alexis, and Arielle, Her 12 great-grandchildren, Her sisters Glendora who preceded her in death, Denise, Brenda (Stanley), Benita, Veronica (Sherrod), Francis, and her sister-in-law Francine, Her brothers James (Mary), Andrew, Billy who preceded her in death, Sidney (Ernestine), Fred Jr., Victor (Karyn), and a host of other relatives and friends.

Let the memories of her love and kindness continue to inspire us all. As we stand on the promises of God, we know that we will see Beatrice again!
