Arsenio Belo Rafael passed away peacefully on July 24, 2019 at the age of 90 with his family by his side. He was born in Maui, Hawaii on February 1, 1929 to Alejandro and Julia Rafael. Arsenio leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 64 years, Francisca Rafael; his supportive children; loving grandchildren and great - grandchildren; extended family members and close friends. Services will be forthcoming.
