Anthony Levert Woods, born October 31, 1966 passed away on October 24, 2013 at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas. He was born in Harbor City, California at Kaiser Permanente Hospital to his loving parents Lee J. Woods (deceased) and Barbara Small, currently a Las Vegas resident. Anthony spent his younger life in Los Angeles, California where he attended Gardena High School.
As an adult he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona and was employed as a truck driver. Anthony embraced Christianity and was baptized into the congregation of the Camelback Christian Community Church in Glendale, Arizona.
Anthony was kind and caring and as he makes his journey to his final resting place, he will be truly missed and mourned by his loving mother, Barbara Small; his significant other, Chanel Wallace; his children, Jasmine, Endyah, Anthony, Diamond, Arleana, and Precious (deceased); his two grandchildren; his devoted Marley, and a host of caring family members and dear friends.
