Anne Sheridan, née Kelly, 71, 22 year resident of Las Vegas, Nevada. Went directly to heaven on December 16th 2020 after a difficult battle with breast cancer. Anne was born in County Tipperary, Ireland, On January 26th 1949, to the late Michael and Mary Kelly of Carrick-On-Suir County Tipperary.
In 1994 she married the love of her life Colonel Bob Sheridan. They traveled the world together for championship boxing events and for pleasure, but found their home in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Anne loved painting under the direction of the Russian renowned artist Tamara Geddes. She received several awards for her artwork.
Anne began her cosmetology career in Limerick, Ireland. She had her own salons in Clonmel, Ireland, and Costa Del Sol, Spain. She worked as a Master Colorist in Boston, Mass and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Anne, had a pet chihuahua Lucy that she loved very much. Lucy was by her side the day Anne drew her last breath at Nathan Adelson Hospice. Anne, loved to garden, and visiting her home is Ireland. She traveled and cruised the world with her dear friends from New Zealand, George and Janet Calvert.
Anne is survived by her loving husband Colonel Bob Sheridan, and in Ireland by her brother Michael (Leish) Kelly, Gabrielle (Ger) Cahill, Marie Conlon, Pat (Jimmy) O'Brien of Blarney, of County Cork, Josephine (Michael) O'Shea, Geraldine (Eric) Gavigan of Ireland and Spain, and her sister Eileen Borg of Malta. Her brother-in-law Colonel James (Alida) Sheridan, A host of nieces and nephews and many dear friends in Ireland, Europe and New Zealand and her St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church family in Las Vegas.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial contribution can be made in Anne's name to Nathan Adelson Hospice.

A portion of Anne's cremated remains will be laid to rest at Palm Eastern Cemetery on January 26th 2021 at 2pm, led by Father Joe Hyatt of Nathan Adelson Hospice. Anne's remaining cremated remains will be brought to Ireland for a formal funeral which will be held in County Tipperary, Ireland once COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted. Her cremated remains will be escorted by her husband Colonel Bob Sheridan, Father John Allen, Father Edward McCabe with the assistance of Palm Eastern Mortuary and Caggiano Funeral Home in Winthrop, Massachusetts.
