Anne Elizabeth Clancy of Summerlin Nevada on August 10th, 2022. Beloved and cherished wife of Allen Roach originally from Dedham Massachusetts. Anne passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving husband Allen, her sister Maura and her nieces Melissa and Hillary. Anne was born in Portland Maine and raised in West Roxbury, later moving out to the West Coast.
Survived by her Husband Allen Roach of Summerlin, Nv. Mother Jeanne Clancy of Sharon, her sister Maura (Clancy) Griffin and her husband Stephen of Walpole. Her Aunt, Barbara Waters of Wrentham and her cousins Bob Waters of Walpole, George Waters of Medfield, William Conroy and Carol Brown.
Anne is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews, Melissa, Suzanne, Dana and Hillary Griffin, Meredith, Joseph and Evan Conway, Ryan Roach and John Paul Martino. Predeceased by her Father, Richard Clancy, her sister Janet (Clancy) Conway-Padayhag and her nephew Richard Conway.
Anne graduated from Ursuline Academy in Dedham and Bojak Beauty Academy. After moving to California, she was a Mortgage Loan Officer and later a Hostess at Echo and Rig Butcher and Steakhouse in Las Vegas.
Anne loved life and lived it to its fullest. She and her husband Allen loved going to Cabo San Lucas and Laguna Beach Ca. Most of all she loved coming back to Boston and spending time with her family and loved her Boston Schrod! She had a great interest in Astronomy, loved the stars and the ocean. She was a diehard Las Vegas Golden Nights Fan along with her husband Allen, her favorite player was Marc-Andre Fleury. Elton John and Bono with U2 were her favorite artists.
Anyone who knew Anne loved her! She had a beaming smile and a great laugh. She found happiness in everything she touched. People gravitated towards her due to her kindness and ability to make people just feel comfortable. Anne will be sorely missed by all.
A Celebration of Anne’s Life will be held in Las Vegas on Sunday August 28th at 5:00 Pm at the Palm Southwest Mortuary- Cheyanne.
A Mass will be held in her honor at St Theresa Parish in West Roxbury Ma in September.
