Uncle Ang will certainly be missed.  I will never forget his generosity and caring spirit and no one could tell a joke or story like he could.  Lunch or dinner could turn into hours as we sat spellbound listening to his every word.  Rest in peace.

My deepest condolences to Bob and the entire Cuva family. From what Bob's told me in his barber chair and what I've read online, Mr. Cuva was a wonderful, loving man who cherished his family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I always thought it was funny the way you'd say my name, you never could quite get it right, but I knew what you meant and it was all the same.  I know that god called you and you had to go, but i want you to know I miss you Grandpa and I love you so.

Mommy told me to be strong, so I will try not to cry. Adrianna says even though we can't see you, doesn't mean your gone. Your in heaven now watching us your our angel. Does that mean you have wings? I was talking to you last night did you hear me? I am happy your not sick no more and feel better. I love you grandpa Cuva. Will you come visit us from heaven soon?

You will forever be missed, but you will always remain in our hearts and memories. We all loved you dearly and will always be greatful for your kind heart and the great memories you have given us. I am honored to have given Elijah your name and I know it will keep your memory alive. I will never forget that big smile you always had on your face and there won't be a day that goes by that it won't be missed.

I know I was very blessed to have you for my Father.  Thank you for always being there for my family and me, and carrying us through the rough times.  I took great pride in bragging about you and how you always spoiled me.   I am so grateful that you always made sure that we never wanted for anything.  It made us all happy Dad that you died with a smile on your face, as we know that you are now at peace and no longer in pain.  Until we are together again, I will always hold you close to me in my heart.

I enjoy a great and blessed life with my wife Crystal and our daughter Sahvanna. Looking back on how I arrived here it becomes crystal clear to me. The Cuva Family has always been there for each other. On every holiday, and every birthday (which is quite a few) we all gather to celebrate another year gone by, but mostly to see each other and be around each other. I see the great values and generosity of our family stemming from two people, the two people on top of it all, my Grandmother and Grandfather Angelo Cuva.  I have no shortage of wonderful memories because of these two wonderful people. I recall many trips with my Grandfather in the VW Bug or the stationwagon, all around Vegas. I remember visiting many parks, just for fun, just so I could be a kid and play around as kids should do. I always remember my Grandfather Angelo being happy to do so, happy to be a grandfather to his grandkids. I received many things from him; clothes, toys, money (sometimes from behind my ear), bikes, and even a car, yes a car! My Grandfather never asked for anything in return, nor did he expect anything in return.  It was simply given from the enormous generosity that my Grandfather had in his heart.  He loved to please those around him and he took great care of his family, I am truly blessed to be part of the Cuva Family.
As the years go on, and the Earth keeps turning, many will come and many will go. But for me, my Grandfather Angelo Cuva will never be gone. His love for family, and enormous generosity will only be the starting point of the stories I share with my children about their Great Grandfather Angelo Cuva. I will take with me the values I have learned, not by his words, but by his actions. I will live and abide by them, and hopefully, if I am only half as succesful as my Grandfather was, my children, and someday my grandchildren will be able to reflect on their lives just as I have today, and they too will be thankful for the family of those around them.  
Although Angelo has passed, he will always live on in in my heart, and in my thoughts. He will live on in my actions, my generosity, and my love for my family.  Someday, I too will be gone, and when I get to see my Grandfather again up in Heaven, I hope he'll be greeting me with a smile upon his face. And when that happens, I will know.  I will know that I too have done a great thing by way of my family, just as he has.

Hi Angelo,
In the finest tradition of the friendly barber you always had a good joke (or two). Your big-screen will miss your company as will I. Everything from now on won't be the same with your passing. I'm not a real believer in an afterlife, but hopefully I'm wrong and we'll meet again at that big family dinner in the sky. Good-bye Angelo, I miss you already. I will always remember you as the proud old Italian gentleman that Jamie introduced me to that first Thanksgiving so many years ago. I will never forget how proud you were of your family and the way your face lit up the first time you saw my daughter, your Great-Granddaughter Kristina and your first Great-Grandson, my son Nicholas. Thank you for the cherished memories. Rest peacefully.
