Alfred "Freddie" Slensky, age 72, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Freddie was born in PA.
Freddie is survived by his daughters Erin (Joshua) Ben-Samochan, and Ashley Slensky; three grandchildren; brother Frank Slensky; sister Arlene Antonio; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Although Freddie always put his family first, his passion for the Philadelphia Eagles was unmatched.
A funeral service for Freddie will be held Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 E Eldorado Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89120. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at King David Cemetery, 2697 E Eldorado Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89120.
