Vincent Mancuso Sr son of Liborio and Rose brother of Salvatore and Richard, born in Brooklyn raised in East Meadow Long Island retired to Largo Florida. Beloved husband of Nancy for 29 years. Loving father of Vincent Jr, Richard and Steven. Proud grandfather of Julien, Michael, Naihla, and Domenic. Adopted grandfather to Lisa, Christopher, Madison, James, Kira and Michael. Beloved by all.
Grew up loving sports, played high school football and lacrosse. As a member of the Sheet Metal workers union he climbed the ranks and became a foreman. He was part of many commercial contracting projects including his work at the world trade center.
He loved to spend time with his family. His Long Beach Condo was always filled with family, fun and legendary times (weekend at Uncle Bernie’s). He loved to watch his New York Giants. He loved to live near the beach and with his wife Nancy by his side moved to Clearwater Florida to live out their dreams.
Later in life he stayed busy as President of Bayside gardens. He used his past experience in construction management to guide the board. He loved his quiet time with his dog sweetie.
His illness never dampened his lust for life, sharp wit and love for his family.
He will be forever in our hearts.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 4 - 8 pm at the Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, Fl 33774.
Vincent will be buried in the Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury, New York.
