Richard Westphal, 87 of St. Petersburg passed away on January 9, 2020. Richard was born in Racine, WI. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Joann. He is survived by his 5 children; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren. He was a US Army Veteran. A memorial service will be held at Christ The King Lutheran Church in Largo on Saturday, January 18th at 11:00 AM.
