Phillip Michael Towler (Phil), 35 of St. Petersburg Florida passed away July 30, 2011 at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg. He was born in Shoreham By The Sea, Sussex England and has been a Florida resident since 1978 coming from England. Phil was a Graduate of Countryside High School in Clearwater FL, and played in the Countryside Youth Soccer League. He loved soccer and his favorite soccer team was the Arsenal Gunners of London. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, and enjoyed Formula 1 racing and the Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Team. He is survived by his parents Anthony and Jane Towler, brother Marcus Towler, sister Ami Towler, nephew Michael Perez and extensive family members in England. A gathering of friends is scheduled for Sunday August 7, 2011 from 1 p.m to 3 p.m at Moss Feaster Funeral Home Serenity Gardens Chapel 13401 Indian Rocks Road in Largo FL. Memorial contributions in his memory can be made to the SPCA.
