I worked with Perry for a short time he  was a gracious and helpful guy, always had a smile on his face and willing to help me in any way possible.  He'll be missed I know that he's with the Lord now and in now pain.  RIP Perry.  My sincerest condolences to his family. 

My condolences to the family and friends of a GREAT guy that left us too soon. I had the honor to work with Perry at LM and I am sure he will be missed. Did not know we shared the same birthday until now so I know, all around, he was a wonderful man. He will always be remembered.

I first met Perry as a contractor working for me in Marietta, GA. He did great work and his customer support was exceptional. I later hired him on full time as a Lockheed employee where he excelled and moved on to bigger and more challenging opportunities with the company. We kept in touch through the years. He will be missed. Always had a smile and was willing to go the extra mile. Sorry to see you leave us so quickly. Thanks for being here Perry it was my pleasure to get to know you.

Troy Ruby

I’m going to miss my brother from another mother…  What an amazing guy/friend and co-worker.  We had such amazing conversation; most were about living our best life and not waiting for tomorrow.  He loved anything that was first class and always reached for the very best life had to offer. He had a love for people, and we all had a love for him as well. Being around Perry was like being around royalty. What I liked most is his honesty, which I respected deeply. He had no problem expressing his likes and dislikes. We discussed his future and let me tell you it was beautiful… I’m saddened this didn’t come to light, but I know he is in a better place. Thanks for the lessons learned my friend… you will be missed…

Perry was a wonderful person.  He cared about others.  I always enjoyed our conversations.  He enjoyed learning - was always seeking ways to improve.  He will be missed by so many.  

We are praying for peace for those close to this kind, gifted man. What a sad loss



I was Perry's advisor at UGA. It was always a joy to talk to him and encourage him to reach his goals. This is so terribly sad. I always looked forward to his calls and he will be missed by his Bulldawg family. 

My cousin Mills was a sweetheart of a guy with an infectious laugh. One of my favorite memories was a guys/all-cousin, golf weekend in St. Simons with Troy, Mills, Eric and myself playing Ocean Forest, having great food, closed down by watching the classic western, Tombstone.  May Mills soul rest in peace and his memory forever be a blessing to us.

Rest in peace Perry!  Gone way too soon.  My deepest condolences. 

Perry was a great guy , we only worked a short time with each other.  He always had a smile and something good to say about everyone.   He always had a positive outlook on life.   My friend you will be missed, but you are in a better place now. 

Perry was such a great, genuine guy, and he always brought light into a room or situation. When he moved down to Florida, first of all I was jealous, but no seriously, I was really happy for him. Life had dealt him some tough licks, but he never seemed to let anything get him down and he sure did bring me up every time we'd talk. I love how Perry wouldn't be content with just being coworkers, but that he felt that we needed to be friends. I wish everyone were a lot more like him, because the world would be a much better place if more folks were. It breaks my heart that he is no longer here in the physical realm with us, but knowing that we will see him again one day in heaven with God and Jesus makes me feel better. I'll miss you my friend, until we meet again.

Perry and I talked favorite drummers and types of drums we owned at one time or another. It was always good to talk to Perry. Rest easy brother. 

Mills was my brother-in-law. He was always sweet, kind, and caring. It's difficult to accept that he's no longer with us. However, though he may be physically absent, his life and experiences will always be remembered. You will forever remain in my heart, knowing that you are now with Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

It ain't the same without you, Perry. Rest easy, friend.

My dear brother Perry, or as I fondly called you, "Mills," I want you to know that I deeply love and miss you. It breaks my heart that you are no longer by my side, but I take solace in the thought that you are now in Heaven with Jesus, Mom, Dad, and Sis, happy and healthy once more. The moments we shared together hold a special place in my heart, and I only wish we had more of them. Until we reunite, rest in peace. You are forever in my heart.

Mills was my nephew, my late husband and his late dad were brothers. Mills was a smart, lovable guy.  He had a great sense of humor; gives  me comfort to know that he is in the arms of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.  May he rest in peace.

Aunt Susan Ruby

Uncle Perry was always there in support of his friends and loved ones, a joy to be around and talk to and a hard worker. He strived to be better and he was taken away from us too soon. I hope he is happy, pain-free, and resting wherever he is. He will be missed by everyone, and he will be in my thoughts always. I love you, Uncle Perry, and I miss you.

Perry will be missed.  He always had a positive attitude and worked on learning new things all the time.  Was a good friend.
