Mary Jane Dodson 87, of Largo died Nov. 13, 2012 in Clearwater Florida. She was born in Michigan and has lived in Florida since 1970 coming from Villa Park, IL. She was a vocalist and guitar musician of country music and made numerous appearances on radio and television programs. Mary was a member of Anona United Methodist Church in Largo FL. Survived by sons, Keith and Christopher Dodson, sisters; Ruth Hewitt and Bertha Johnson; and two grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband Bert Dodson. Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 19th at 2 pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home-Serenity Gardens Chapel in Largo. Visitation hours are also planned for Monday from 12:30 pm until service time. Interment will follow in Serenity Gardens Memorial Park.
