Kathryn S. Upham

83, of Clearwater, joined her husband Larry in Heaven on November 30, 2018. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the granddaughter D. L. Clark, maker of the Clark candy bar. She was a graduate of St. Petersburg High School and Florida Southern College where she was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. Kathy was active for many years in her church, serving as Senior Warden, and member of the flower guild and choir. She enjoyed family and friends, her time in Franklin, NC, traveling, gardening, and her dogs. Kathy was loved and will be missed by her brother, Norman S. Sprague, III; daughters, Leslie (Darren) Strahl, Cindi Upham, Laura (Bill) Farley, Mary (Chuck) Hinton; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; nieces, nephews, cousins and her many friends. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Friday, December 7, 2018 at St. Dunstan's Anglican Church, 2790 Sunny Breeze Ave., Largo, FL 33770. Donations may be made to St. Dunstan's Anglican Church and Suncoast Hospice.
