John Hugh Leadam

95 years old, of Seminole, Florida, passed away on September 5th, 2023. He was born in Brooklyn, NY. John was a member of the United States Marine Corps and served two tours in Korea, during and after the Korean war. He was retired from Ametek Lamb Electric, where he worked from 1955 to 1993. He lived in Kent, OH, Whippany, NJ and Thousand Oaks, CA before moving to Florida in June of 2022.

John is survived by June Brumbaugh Leadam, his wife of 71 years, son J. Michael Leadam and daughters Diana J. Peterson and Kristen A. Anderson and her husband John Olson. He had six grandchildren, Justin Rondeau and his wife Karen, JD Leadam, Chelsea Martins and her husband Nick, Taylor Anderson, Cameron Anderson and Alexis Peterson and five great grandchildren, Sawyer Rondeau, Avery Martins, Juliet Rondeau, Everett Martins and Emma Martins.

The family will host a Celebration of Life on October 28th, time to be determined, at the Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, 33774. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Salvation Army.
