Jean-Paul "Mike" Michelle Robert, age 79, of Largo, FL passed away September 18, 2016 at Bay Pines Veterans Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. He was born August 17, 1937 in Lewiston, ME to parents Henri and Beatrice (Lessard) Robert. Mike moved to Florida 3 years ago from Lewiston, ME where he worked for several years in shoe manufacturing. He was a US Army veteran and member of American Legion Post 158 Lisbon, ME. He is predeceased by his wife Noella Lucille Robert. Survivors include a son Daniel Robert, daughter Maryann Jeannette Pennell (Eugene), a brother Richard Robert, sisters, Noella (Lucett) Robert and Jeanne Rancort (Burn), four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 1:30 pm at Bay Pines National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744.
