Hattie Sue Warren

Hattie Warren, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on February 28th, 2024, at the age of 76 in Florida. She was born on November 7th, 1947, in Aurora, Illinois, to Gladys McCrimon and John Jacob Hahr.

Hattie shared her life with her cherished husband, Kevin Warren, and together they built a life filled with love and adventure. Professionally, Hattie excelled in manufacturing management, dedicating her talents and skills to the success of the Aurora Bearing Company.

Beyond her professional achievements, Hattie was a vibrant soul with an insatiable passion for exploration. Her adventurous spirit led her to various corners of the globe, including captivating journeys to Alaska and Jamaica. Alongside her travels, Hattie found joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly in the art of cooking and the companionship of her beloved dogs.

Hattie's legacy of love extends beyond her adventures and accomplishments. She leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Jenny Pryor, her grandchildren, Natasha Porter, Briana Pryor, Sarah Pryor, Kelsie Porter, and Tanner Porter, and her great-grandchild, Lily Pryor. Additionally, she is survived by her siblings, Dennis Hahr, Sally Podschweit, Donald Hahr, and Jack Hahr.

Hattie's life was a testament to the beauty of embracing every moment with passion and grace. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched, and her spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.

A visitation for Hattie will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774. A funeral service will occur Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774. A reception will occur Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774.
