Harold Lawrence Anderson

Harold L Anderson (Axle) of Madison WI passed away on April, 9 2025 in ST. Petersburg Florida. Axle was born in Cazenovia WI to Edward and Margaret Anderson on August 12th 1930 and was number 8 of 13 children.

He graduated from Cazenovia High School in 1948. He was married to Armella M Mack on June 15th 1957 at St Patrick's Church in Madison WI. He was a meat packer at Oscar Myers for 42 years. He was with the Readi group from Oscar Myers for 20 years after retiring. He was a member of the East Side Businessmans club and Moose Lodge for over 50 years. He was an excellent singer, dancer, bowler, horseshoe picture and softball player.

Axle is is preceded in death by his wife Armella, mother Margaret Anderson (Rockweiler) father Edward Anderson, sisters Arlene (tubby) Berberich, Kitty (Dale ) Fish, Virginia (Ray) Firarie, Lorraine (Don) Hanson, brothers Delbert (Kate), Harvey, Leon (Lucy) Bernard, Alfred, brother-in-law Bob Bill, Denny Hieling,Donald (Vivian) Mack, Bernard(Janice) Mack, Gordon Mack, sister-in-law's Mildred (Lee) LaSota, Velma Haux Harland Stickel and Harry Linder.

Axle is survived by children Rick ( Ken Fowler), Randy, Linda Ross ( Bill kampouris) sisters Bonnie Bill, Alice Hieling, grandchildren James Ross, Reese Anderson,. sister-in-law Norma (Randy) Scott,Mary Anderson, Diane Anderson, Myrna Linder and Delmer Haux and many nieces and nephews.
