73, of Largo, passed away July 15, 2017. Born in Bronx, NY, he moved here in 1972. He worked for Nabisco, Planters Lifesavers for 35 years. He was an active member of St. Dunstan’s Anglican Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Emma Myrill Macintosh and George Jacob. George is survived by his wife of 52 years, Nancy and his two sons Thomas Richard (Marci) and George William (Janet) and granddaughters Ella, Abbe, Julia and Hannah. He is also survived by his sister Jan (John), brother in laws John (Ann) and Bill (Charlotte) and several nieces and nephews in New York. George loved his profession and was known to many as Peanut George. George was very passionate about deep-sea fishing, PGA golf, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and of course his family... His church family were very dear to him. Visitation will take place on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 6-8PM at Serenity Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 2PM at St. Dunstan’s Anglican Church. Donations may be made in his honor to the St. Dunstan’s Anglican Building Fund.
