COSTANZA, Frank J., 87, of Seminole, FL died Jan. 17, 2011. Frank was born in Hoboken, NJ and moved to Seminole in 1973 from Gainesville, FL. Before retirement, Frank was a pharmacist with the VA Health Care System including Bay Pines VA Health Care System. Frank was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Largo and a WW II Navy veteran. Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Betty (1993) and is survived by his son, David Costanza and daughter, Martha Costanza, both of Largo, FL.
