I am so sorry for loss. I worked for Ellen in transportation, I always enjoyed working for her, a women of knowledge and love.  She always had a smile and loved to laugh. She will be remembered by so many, she is now an angel in heaven as she was here. Love and prayers to you all.

I always called "Bitsy" Betsy.
She never corrected me and I never knew it was Bitsy until I was almost an adult. 
She always looked out for me. 
I would call her and we would gossip mostly. 
When I was young, we would go shopping, have lunch, and gossip. 
You always wish you called more in the end, but I am so glad I got to spend some time with you, laughing and gossiping one more time. 
Your girls will miss you Bit.

I'm one of many who had the pleasure of working with Ellen. She was a character and fun to be around. Always brought a smile to me. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My sympathies to Charles, her family and her many friends.

I am so sorry for loss. I worked with Ellen and always enjoyed seeing her beautiful infectious smile.  She was always kind to all. To Charles, the girls, and the entire Clark tribe, my prayers are with you over the passing of Ellen. I was a Coca-Cola employee who was graced by Ellen every time I visited our Minute Maid plant in Dunedin. She rolled out the red carpet for all the guests that came and I brought a slew over the years representing the McDonald’s organization. Ellen was such a joy to be around and loved to be of service when our big visits occurred. She worked tirelessly at being the best that she was called to do and gave of herself in working along side her team, ALWAYS HAVING THEIR BACK! She made us individually feel as if we were her favorite (I was really hers 😂) and never let her chocolate bowl go dry. People often suggest that we are just a number in the end after we hang up our work. Ellen was never a number, she cared and loved what she did- she was forever telling us stories about her beloved family so a big thank you to all of you for sharing her with us because we were a Coca-Cola family and Ellen  was the heartbeat for many of us to shine. I worked with Ellen for over 30 years. She was my Boss but more than that, a friend. We shared laughs and sorrows over the years.  Her love of animals was evident in the menagerie she had. Goose, ferret, possum, dogs, cats, Cockatoo (Pacho - oh that mouth). She loved her family. Her girls and grandkids. Her husband- Charles. 
To know her, was to love her. Always upbeat.  She will be missed by one and all. Rest in Peace - Bitsy. You've earned your reward.

I have many memories of this wonderful woman. Our friendship began when our daughters met. Ellen was a woman that once you met her, you could never forget her contagious smile, her patience and love for her family and for life. She always saw the beauty in people. Although we hadn’t seen one another in recent years, ours was a friendship that would last in our hearts.  God needed another Angel, and therefore he called Ellen home.
