Ellen was a talented artist and studied under Waldon Arnholt in her early teens. Although not a professional, she delighted her family with her treasured drawings and paintings.
Nothing brought Ellen more joy than having her family around her. She loved her pets (including many rescued birds and other wild life), crime shows, reading, (especially Janet Evanovich novels), archeology, chocolate, and collecting perfume bottles. She was selfless, fun loving and her sense of humor touched us all.
