MENARD, Elizabeth A., 77, of Largo, Florida died June 7, 2010 at Sabal Palms Health Care Center. Elizabeth was born in North Adams, MA and moved to Largo in 1989 from Easthampton, MA. Elizabeth retired from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company after many years of service. Elizabeth was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Largo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur F. and Clara M.(Lively) Cardinal , husband Rene G. (1990), and siblings Francis and Irene. She is survived by her daughters, Suzanne Swinington and her husband George of Clearwater, Florida and Joanne Menard-Hogan and her husband, Michael of Hatfield, MA; brothers, Norman Cardinal, of Florida and Charles Cardinal of North Adams; sisters, Rose Delisle, Mary Guest and Laura Cardinal of North Adams, and several nieces and nephews. Elizabeth loved spending time with her grandchildren, Corey Swinington, and Katherine and Shannen Hogan. Viewing will be from 9:30-10:30 am Friday at the funeral home chapel with a funeral mass to follow at 11:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1507 Trotter Road SW., Largo. www.mossfeasterlargo.com
