WELCH, Diane Kay 52 of Land O Lakes FL passed away March 21, 2015 at home under Hospice Care. She was born in New York State and has lived in Florida since 1986 coming from Pittsburgh PA. Diane was deeply loved by her family and was known to all who knew her as a beautiful, vibrant and strong lady. She is survived by a daughter Makayla Diane Nealer, sisters; Lynda Knight and Lisa Nelson (Larry), Fiancee' Matt Simpson, and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by parents James and Joan Porter. A Life Celebration Service is planned for Saturday April 4th at 11 am at Serenity Funeral Home 13401 Indian Rocks Road in Largo.
