Born to James Manley Norris and Marian Frances Hunter Norris on April 11, 1965, in Clearwater Fla.
A 1983 Valedictorian graduate of New Testament Baptist Church Christian School in Largo Florida.
Dawn's career was working in the banking industry at high levels of administration for thirty-four years and the last seven years at the Pinellas County Court House as Executive Assistant Clerk's Administration Clerk of the Circuit Court.
Dawn loved traveling and an avid cat lover and a "fur mom" to Cassie and DC.
Predeceased by her parents, but survived by her siblings Manley (Gloria) Norris Greenville SC, Teddy (Jan) Norris Southport NC, Gail (Charles) Goldsmith Taylors SC, Connie (Larry) Slaughter Mount Airy NC, Beverly (David) Dix Clearwater, Fla as well as nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in Garden of Peace at Serenity Gardens Largo, Fla.
