Charlotte's educational journey led her to Southern Illinois University, where she pursued her passion for economics, ultimately earning a Master's degree. Her dedication and expertise in the field would become the foundation for her successful career.
She was a dedicated member of the Financial Planning Association, through which she achieved the prestigious designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP). With a vision for financial prosperity and a heart full of ambition, Charlotte established her own financial planning business, known as Strategic Financial Advisory. Her clients benefitted not only from her professional guidance but also from her unwavering commitment to their financial well-being.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Charlotte was a loving and cherished wife to her partner, Deborah Loviza. Together, they shared a profound bond, a testament to the strength of their love.
Charlotte's zest for life extended far beyond the boardroom. She had a deep passion for exploring the world, her travels taking her to far-flung destinations. Her love for finance was only rivaled by her enthusiasm for adventure.
She was equally at home on the water, as her love for boating allowed her to connect with the natural beauty of the Florida coast. Charlotte Mullen is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Charlotte Mullen, and is survived by her loving wife, Deborah Loviza, as well as a wide circle of friends, clients, and colleagues whose lives she touched in profound ways.

A memorial service to celebrate Charlotte's life will be held on November 15th, 2023 at St. Jerome’s Church, 595 Hamlin Road Largo, Florida at 11:30 am. A Graveside Service will be held at Serenity Garden Memorial Park at 1:15pm following the church service. All friends, family, and colleagues are welcome to join in remembering this extraordinary woman who brightened the lives of those around her.
