90, of Clearwater, Florida passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021. Charles was born July 19, 1930 in Rochester, New York.
Chuck knew his passion for adventure at a very early age, and quickly enlisted in the Navy. One of many accomplishments for Chuck included crossing the equator on the USS Huntington CL-107 for Mombasa, Kenya, British East Africa on September 13th,1948.
Chuck was married to his life love, Dolores Holdridge, on January 21st, 1950. He was a lifetime member of the Order of The Eastern Star, Magnolia Chapter 101; Veterans of Foreign Wars; American Legion in Clearwater. He had a passion for a life lived with adventure and laughter.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Dolores Holdridge Bartlett; daughter Gail Bouchard; and son Chuck Bartlett Jr.; granddaughter Kelly, grandson Brion, granddaughter Tammy, grandson Roger; and many nieces and nephews.
Chuck was preceded in death by brother Bill Bartlett and brother Arthur Bartlett.
A graveside service for Charles will be held Monday, March 1, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Largo Cemetery, 1232-1298 Jasper St, Largo, FL 33770.
