Barbara Ruth Lowman

Barbara Ruth Lowman was born on Feb. 27, 1927 in Rockport, Indiana. She was the daughter of Harold and Amelia Schumacher. She is survived by one brother, Max Schumacher and his wife Bertie Schumacher (both of Rockport, IN). Barbara was the loving wife of the late William H. Lowman and has two daughters, Lori Lowman of Seminole, Fla. And Debbie Hackbarth of Saint Charles, Il. She has two grandchildren, Jake and Kiley Hackbarth. Barbara’s passions included animals, golf, bowling, bridge, the arts, sitting in the warm Florida sunshine, and spending time with her friends and family. She loved a great meal and a good cup of coffee (not decaf). Barbara was loved by many and will be missed by all that knew her. She left an impression on everyone she met. We look forward to the day when we will meet again and can once again hear her contagious laughter. We loved her very much. Thanks for all of the wonderful memories Mom.
