Alfred Blonski

Alfred married the love of his life, Wieslawa “Virginia” (Misztal) Blonski, on October 28, 1967, and they shared 57 years of a loving, devoted marriage. Together, they raised three children—Yvonne (Michael) Miller, Lisa (Andre) White, and Mark Blonski—and celebrated the joy of family life. He was a proud grandfather to Zachary, Matthew, Olivia, Caroline Miller, Christian Blonski-Alvarez, and Elena White, and he cherished each moment spent with them.

Alfred had a successful and varied career, working for U.S. Tobacco in mechanics for 20 years. Afterward, he embarked on entrepreneurial ventures, owning a motel for 6 years and later an assisted living facility for 12 years. His commitment to hard work and his ability to care for others were hallmarks of his career.

A man of many passions, Alfred loved to cook and garden, creating delicious meals and cultivating beautiful plants. He found joy in spending time with his family, always making sure they were taken care of and well-loved.

In addition to his wife, Wieslawa, and children, Alfred is survived by his grandchildren, his siblings: Tadeusz (Laverne), Sylvester (Karen), John (Faye), Anthony (Carol), Stanley (Czeslawa), Grace, as well as his sister-in-law Barbara. He was also deeply loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members. Alfred was predeceased by his grandchild, Christian Blonski-Alvarez, and his brother Richard Rajterowski.

Alfred’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and he will be remembered for his kindness, dedication to family, and passion for life. He leaves behind a legacy of love and service, and he will be missed dearly by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

A funeral service will be held to honor Alfred’s life 12pm January 17, 2025 at St Catherine of Siena Church, 1955 S Belcher Rd, Clearwater, FL 33764. Following, Alfred will be laid to rest at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to:
