Viva A Dyer

Our Lord has called another loving Soul to cross over into Heaven on April 24th, 2025, at the age of 105. Born March 21st, 1920, in Montcalm County to Mabel (Willard) and Carl C. Young who also preceding her death as well as Donna Pollock, Margret Gates, Ruth Baker, Theo Yong, and Wayne Young.

Viva was a devoted member of Capital City Church of God for many years, as well as the Church of God in Houghton Lake, Michigan. Surviving her are her son, Terry Dyer (Rose Frederick); daughter-in-law, Joanne Dyer; grandchildren, Kimbery (Joe) Bennett, Karla (Joe) Forquer, Kevin Dyer (Jamie Morris), and Karen (Jerry) Helsper; 8 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation for Viva will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 East Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48912. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the start of the service. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
