Steven Philip Waidelich

Steven was born on May 18, 1953, in Lansing, Michigan, to Yvonne and Richard Waidelich. He was a lifelong resident of Lansing and graduated from Sexton High School in 1971.

In 1992, Steven married Laurel Ashland. He had a longtime career with Telephone Alarm Systems, where he worked for 31 years before retiring. In his free time, Steven enjoyed golfing and doing yardwork. He was known for making the best chili on the planet.

Steven is survived by his loving wife, Laurel Lynn Waidelich; sons, Joseph Ashland Waidelich, Jacob Waidelich, and Philip Waidelich; several grandchildren; brother, Rich; and sister, Christine. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dan.
