Shirley Jean Jaros

Passed away peacefully on Friday May 31, 2013 with her friends and family surrounding her. Shirley was a loving daughter, wife and mother, an accomplished musician and traveled extensively throughout the US. She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Jaros Helmstetter and Tina Ford; daughter-in-law Nicole; son-in-law Prince, and four grandchildren, Sieria, Laquesha, Donald, and Larry. She also had two very dear friends that have been helping her for the last few years, John Kelly & Joan Rouleau. She is also predeceased by her husband Clifford Jaros. Shirley just celebrated her 80th birthday on May 29th.. She was a longtime member of St Casimir Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 8, 11:00 a.m. at St. Casimir Catholic Church, 815 Sparrow, Lansing MI, with the Father William R. Lugger officiating. The family will receive friends 1 ½ hour prior to the service at the church. The Rite of Committal will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Lansing.
