Paul James Wright

Age 87, our loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away November 9, 2014. Born October 24, 1927 in Grand Ledge, Michigan the son of Eben & Eva (Poole) Wright.

Paul was raised in Grand Ledge, and served with both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. He retired from M.S.U. after 25 years of service.

Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Barbara J. (Cade) Wright; his 4 children, Jerilyn Carne and her (Fiancée, Stephen Wilson), Paul J. Wright, Jr., Julie (Ron) Toth, and Joy (Mike) Ryan; 7 grandchildren, Jade (Deb) Smith, Jason (Tanya) Smith, Lance Wright, Amber (Rick) Stierley, Amy Hahn, Jessica (Cameron) Rodgers, and Nicholas Wright; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday with the Celebration of Paul's life beginning at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 13, in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing, with Fr. John P. Klein presiding. Military Honors provided by Morley S. Oates V.F.W. Post #701.
