Formerly of Eaton Rapids, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2011 after a long illness at the age of 45. He was born on November 14,1965 in Lansing, MI. Paul was a very caring and loving person who always put others before himself, either people or animals. He enjoyed going to the beach and spending time with his family. Paul is survived by his wife, Penney; daughter, Sunsearay and parents, Charles and Gloria Bailey. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, February 28, 2011 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI. Interment will follow in Dimondale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 27, 2011 at the funeral home.
