Michael James Keyes

Michael James Keyes was born in Lansing on April 20, 1992, son of James and Julia (Jerome) Keyes, and passed away on August 6, 2014 at the age of 22. He loved people and was so full of life and happy. His smile will be remembered and missed by all who knew him. He loved video games; many foods such as chicken strips, T-bone steaks, Mom’s brownies, spaghetti; going to Applebees, his favorite restaurant; and picking on his big Brother. Michael was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Keyes. Surviving to cherish his memory are his parents; brother, David Keyes; and his beloved cat, BabyDoll. A funeral will held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Capitol City Baptist Church, 5100 W. Willoughby Rd., Holt, Michigan. The family will receive friends from 2:00~4:00 PM and 6:00~8:00 PM on Monday, August 11, 2014 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Lansing Chapel.
