Mary Margaret Rogozinski, age 84, finished her journey and was called home by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 24, 2022. Born in Manistee, Michigan on July 14, 1938, she moved to Lansing at the age of 18, where she eventually met her soulmate and husband of 33 years Dennis who proceeded her in death in 1997.
Mary was a loving, kind and generous, wife, mother, aunt and friend to many who enjoyed playing volleyball, music, watching college basketball and meeting new people. She cherished life and will be deeply missed by all those she loved and touched.
Mary is survived by her son Jon (Susan) of Lansing, daughter Ann of Lansing, brother James Wresinski (Sally) of Lansing, several nieces and nephews and many special friends.
A Celebration of Mary’s Life will be held at 3 pm on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes Lansing Chapel. Visitation will be held from 1-3 pm prior to the service at the Funeral Home.
Those desiring to make contributions may consider the Humane Society of Lansing or City Rescue Mission of Lansing in memory of Mary Rogozinski.
