Mary Ellen Neal

Age 91, died on July 9, 2014. Born on November 14, 1922. Mary was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She loved life, her family and her Catholic faith and she will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald M. Neal and her daughter-in-law, Deborah Neal. Surviving to cherish her memory are her five daughters, Mary V. (Ron) Jean, Margaret (Theodore) Dixon, Michele Brown, Maureen (Glen) McAlpine and Melissa (Terry) Neal-Hardy; four sons, Morris (Brenda) Neal, Miles Neal, Michael (Kellie) Neal and Mark (Rhonda) Neal; twenty two grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 14, 2014 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 955 Alton Rd., East Lansing, MI. The family will receive friends from 2:00~4:00 PM and 6:00~8:00 PM on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave, Lansing and also 1 hour prior to the service on Monday at the church. For those desiring, contributions may be made in memory of Mary to Hospice Advantage, 801 S.
