June E. Reck

She was united in marriage to Daniel J. Reck on May 28, 1938. They were together for 55 years before he passed away in June, 1993.

June enjoyed crossword puzzles, Scrabble and was a very talented piano player and singer. She will be missed by friends and family.

June is survived by her son, Daniel, of East Lansing; her daughter, Pamela Fisher (Mel) Drake of Kinde, Michigan; four grandchildren, Daniel S. (Elizabeth) Reck of Beverly Hills, Michigan, Melissa (Brandon) Berumen of Waterford, Michigan, Chad (Tricia) Fisher of Clarkston, Michigan and Amanda (Archie) Patterson of Auburn, Michigan; six great grandchildren, Daniel, Rachel and Dylan Reck, Katrina Fisher, Brett and Gwen Berumen; beloved sister, Barb Jessen of Florida; and nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM, Monday, December 29, 2014 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI. The family will receive friends from 2:00~4:00 PM before the service.
