She was born on August 7, 1938 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Warren and Diedi Morton.
A visitation for Joyce will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Maranatha Baptist Church, 2300 N Waverly Rd., Lansing, MI 48906. A funeral service will occur Friday, October 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM, with a one-hour prior visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at the church. Following the service, Joyce will be laid to rest alongside her beloved late husband in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5401 N Michigan Rd. (M99), Dimondale, MI 48821.
Serving as pallbearers is Jason Armstrong, Ryan Brown, Aaron Lewis, Caleb Lewis, Nick Perry, and Nate Perry.
