There is no one like joe dennis ashley. He is easily the most unique person I have ever met.  So quirky and outrageous and all things upbeat and sweet.  I have too many memories to count over the last 5+ years. I’m glad for every deep conversation, every fun occasion and every work shift I had with him.  I will never forget him.  
My deepest condolences to Joes family. I’m so sorry. 

Met Joe in diapers as we moved in to his world as a new neighbor. 
 Baby sat him and had the privilege of cuddling with him and reading books to him. Loved seeing Joe grow up as the little boy next door.   He has a sweet spirit and always on the ready to have fun.    As a young man he always had time for a cheerful conversation and talked about the goodness in his life.   What a blessing to have him in our world.   Love you Joe

I worked with him jets pizza always a big smile and fun loving he was like a little brother to me I brought him pokemon card and he got me my 1st funko pop he always was happy one time my son came to see me at work he was about 8 dennis came out to say hi and they talked about video games I loved that he got along with my son then they played street fighter dennis lost I will miss my friend I love you buddy

Dennis, or Larry, or Tobias, or Joe Dennis Ashley as I was fond of calling you...I will miss you dearly my friend. I was his boss, and someone who he told personally he looked up to in many ways. But what he didn’t know; I admired him as well. I’m not sure if he knew it but I hope he did, he was a my friend as well. I often times would make sure to schedule Dennis on my shifts. We would have some very interesting conversations. I would often tell him he reminded me of a cartoon character who came to life. He would tell me being around me was like a fever dream. We had a very fun rapport with each other. It makes me so very sad I won’t ever have these exchanges again in my life. He was like few other people I have met. I can still hear his voice when he came to work and saw everyone exclaiming Matt! Sarah! James! What’s up guys?! He was always so happy and just a breath of fresh air in an environment that often needed it. You be will be missed by many my friend. I don’t think you ever knew how many peoples lives you made an impact on. I hope with all my heart you have found peace. 

Dennis and I worked together at Cottage Inn Pizza. I was an Assistant Manager. He was a hard worker, always cheerful and caring. He always had a good joke to share. After I retired from Cottage Inn, every time I would visit the store he would yell my name out and run up to hug me. RIP Dennis, I will always remember you.

I want to extend my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the family of Dennis (as I knew him).  Dennis will always be one of my most cherished friends. His support and kindness will always be remembered by me. I will forever think about him and his smile that could light up a room. Dennis will be deeply missed by me. I hope he knew how much of a blessing he was to me! I will love Dennis for the rest of my life ♥️

I want to express my profound sorrow for Joe's family. I wish you all peace that passes understanding and whatever comfort that comes from knowing that those who love you share your pain.
