Jordan was born on January 6, 1990, in Port Huron, Michigan, to David and Laurie Boyd. He was a beloved husband to Olivia Boyd. The two got married on January 20, 2018 in Port Huron, Michigan.
Jordan was loving and compassionate and known for his hard work, honesty, and always going above and beyond for others. He had an infectious smile and gave the best hugs.
In his career, Jordan served as a Catastrophic Claims Representative at Auto-Owners Insurance Company. He graduated from Lansing Community College with an Associates in Insurance and Risk Management. Outside of work, Jordan enjoyed hobbies such as curling, gardening, hiking, and spending time with his dogs, Piper and Nova. He cherished being an uncle, reading, game nights with friends, and completing home improvement projects with varying levels of success.
Jordan is survived by his spouse, Olivia Boyd; parents, David and Laurie Boyd; grandparent, Ruth Ann Macfarlane; siblings, Adam Boyd and Caitlin Ludington (Stephen); nieces, Lily and Harper Ludington, and Holland and Augusta Boyd with their mother, Heather. He is also survived by Olivia’s family, Mark and Julie Harju, Sarabeth (Richard) and Lauren (Austin).
Jordan was preceded in death by his grandparents; Donald and Mary Jean Boyd, Roger and Bernice Stoeber, and Peter Macfarlane.
