Lansing, Michigan
Age 27, our loving son, brother, and uncle passed unexpectedly on August 31, 2016. Born November 21, 1988 in Tampa, Florida. John was a full time student in Florida and Lansing having earned two associates' degrees and was currently beginning a new chapter in his college education. He was a gifted published author having written: several different books, He enjoyed politics and sharing his views, playing his guitar, and writing songs.
Surviving are his parents Lisa R. and Mickle L. Gramling; his sister, Rachell (Robert) Pignanello; 3 nephews, Dominic, Donovan, and Reese Pignanello; grandmother, Christinia Lucier; great grandpa, Edmund Dare; aunts and uncles, Deborah (David) VanDenBerg, Brian (Tara) Lucier, John D. Gramling, and Tommy Gramling; and numerous cousins, and friends. John was preceded in death by his grandparents, Patsy Kinney, and Lewis Gramling.
