Janet Lee Blaker

Janet Lee Blaker, age 73, passed away on April 13, 2018, after an extended illness. A longtime resident of East Lansing, she was preceded in death by her parents, Duane and Erva Blaker. She is survived by her sisters, Nancy (Jerome) Sullivan and Diane (Paul) Lunde, as well as by her nieces, Amy Sullivan and Kathleen Sullivan, great-niece, Finoula, and great-nephew Cormac. Janet, a longtime member of University Baptist Church in East Lansing, had spent many years working at Physicians Health Plan in Lansing. She was a graduate of Morenci Area High School and of Stautzenberger Business College in Toledo, Ohio.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 10:30 am at University Baptist Church, 4608 Hagadorn Rd., East Lansing, with visitation beginning at 10 am. Interment will follow in Tedrow Cemetery in Dover Township, Ohio at 2:30 pm.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to McLaren Hospice.
