Born in Richlands, Virginia on July 1, 1946 to George Washington Bandy and Isabel (Seigo) Bandy. Hobert was a quiet man but always enjoyed a good joke, pun, and teasing - and he was so good at it! He loved the Lord and his family and was proud of his hispanic ancestry. Hobert served in the U.S. Army alongside his brothers during the Vietnam War. He was a good son, father, brother, spouse, soldier, and friend. He will be sorely missed, and his memory forever cherished, by all those who knew and loved him.
