Earl was born on February 25, 1953, and spent his childhood in Garden City, Michigan. He lived in Hawaii for a short time before finally settling down in Lansing, where he spent most of his life. Earl was a loyal friend to everyone who knew him. He loved live music, instruments- especially guitars, and cooking. He was known around town for being a David Crosby lookalike, and loved spending his time playing darts, drinking coffee, traveling, watching U of M sports, and having a good meal.
Earl is survived by his nieces, Jackie (Frank) Wilczewski, Stephanie and Tiffany DeMoss; nephew, Jeffery DeMoss; brother-in-law, Jeff DeMoss; two great nephews and two great nieces; and very close friends who loved him like family, Steve, Teresa, and Max Fata, and Dave Callanan. He is also survived by dozens of very good friends and coworkers, who will all miss him dearly.
