Delvin was born in Douglas, MI to Donald LeRoy and Ruth Ann Cole on June 8, 1960. After graduating in 1979, he went on to proudly serve in the National Guard for more than 20 years. In 2013 he married the love of his life, Liddy Cole from the Philippines, which is where they lived for 4 years.
Delvin is preceded in death by his Parents, Donald and Ruth Cole and his sister, Donna Rae Gill (Cole). He is survived by his Son, Delvin P. Cole ll, Wife, Liddy Cole, Sisters, Robin Ann (Cole) Deline and Rana Lynn Cole.
