David Allen Miller

David Allen Miller, 52, of Haslett, MI passed away March 2, 2015. He was born in Mt. Pleasant, MI to Robert Charles and Marlene Yvonne (Uphold) Miller on July 11, 1962. David graduated from Sexton High School in 1981 and was a current employee of the City of Lansing. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Charles Miller; grandfather, John Uphold; grandparents, Louis and Helen Horvath; and uncle, Donald Uphold.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his mother, Marlene Yvonne Miller-Mason (Uphold); step-father, Earl Lavern Mason; daughters, Caroline Fay Miller, and Kimberly Sue Miller; and family members, Robert (Sue) Miller, Venice, FL., Connie (Robert) Kabbe, Mt. Pleasant, MI., Linda (Jeffrey) Johnson, Diamondale, MI, James Miller, Shepard, MI., Cindy (Gene) Miller, Vermontville, MI., Windy (Michael) McCarren, Freeport, MI., Marlene (Timothy) Nelson, Lansing, MI., Debra Thursh, Sand Lake, MI., and Jaime (Rose) Miller, Jackson, MI.

The family will receive friends and relatives for memorial visitations from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Sunday, March 8, 2015 and Monday, March 9, 2015 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI.

Family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 3490 Peninsular Drive SE, Ste. 180, Grand Rapids, MI 49546, in lieu of flowers.
