Charlene M. Hill

Lansing, Michigan

Charlene M. Hill was born on October 29, 1928 in Jackson, Michigan, the daughter of the late Lloyd “Jack” and Georgia (VanPelt) Rench, and passed away on March 30, 2015 at the age of 86. She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Sharla (Hill) Olmstead. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband, Roy Hill; sons, Jack (Cathy) and Steven (Candice) Hill; four grandchildren, Justin (Chris) Hill, Stephen (Alison) Hill, Bethany (Aaron) Schafer and Nicole Olmstead; and seven great grandchildren, Brandon, Rachel, Trenton, Carson, Malorie, Anna and Drew. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI 48912. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. For those desiring, contributions may be made to Capital Area Humane Society, 7095 W.
